Wild-fermented wine: it's easy, fun, fast, and fruity - and no special equipment is required. We'll make a small batch or two of sulfite-free wine using fresh or frozen fruit, sugar, and water. This rustic, unfiltered wine is meant to be consumed while young and fresh, so it doesn't need to be aged - or even bottled! The process is very simple, and the information can be shared in person, by phone, or via Zoom.
